Rakow Commercial Realty Group Adds Six New Associates and Expands

Expansion signifies growth and a focus on providing the best possible services to their clients

White Plains, New York, October 22, 2019 – Rakow Commercial Realty Group (RakowGroup), a leading commercial real estate brokerage, today announced that they have added six new associates to the team and have also expanded operations, opening a new office to serve Bergen County, NJ. These announcements come as a part of RakowGroup’s growth strategy and its focus on delivering the best possible service to their clients.

The new associates bring over 100 years of professional business experience in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, appraisal, finance, and mortgages to RakowGroup. Joining RakowGroup are Joshua Kwilecki, Michael Litsky, Nicolas Loizou, Marci Ponagai, Sam Sabet, and Jeanette Torres:

Joshua Kwilecki

Joshua Kwilecki has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry with successful time spent on the brokerage as well as on the ownership side. Specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial properties throughout the NY/NJ tri-state area with a strong recent focus on the industrial sector.

Michael Litsky

Michael Litsky brings over 20 years of real estate experience. A licensed real estate salesperson and Certified General Appraiser, Mr. Litsky has been involved in and covers all areas of commercial real estate including shopping centers, office buildings, retail buildings, apartment buildings, industrial properties, residential subdivisions, multifamily dwellings, and development opportunities.

Nicolas Loizou

Nicolas Loizou has over 25 years of real estate experience. Before joining RakowGroup, Nicolas has been a vice president at the Century 21 Brokers Counsel and owner and associate broker at a top ten real estate firm in Westchester county.

Marci Ponagai

Marci Ponagai has over 20 years of professional experience in marketing and residential real estate and will use this expertise to help tenants, buyers, and owners fulfill their real estate goals and make the search and negotiation process seamless. 

Sam Sabet

Sam Sabet brings over 25 years in financial services and real estate finance to RakowGroup. Sam is involved in the business and startup communities in the greater New York City Metropolitan area.

Jeanette Torres

Jeanette Torres is a long-time resident of Westchester County. She has over 25 years of experience in residential real estate, title and mortgage banking, and brokerage.

Mr. Litsky, Ms. Ponagai, Ms. Torres, and Mr. Loizou will focus on servicing the firm’s clients in Westchester and Fairfield Counties, while Mr. Kwilecki and Mr. Sabet will concentrate on increasing the firm’s presence in Bergen and Rockland County.
